Processing Time

 

Your coffee is roasted fresh to order rather than pulled from a warehouse shelf. Please allow 1-5 business days for our roasting partner to prepare and pack your order before it ships.

 

Domestic Shipping (United States)

 

Once your order ships, standard ground shipping typically takes an additional 1-5 business days to arrive, depending on your location. We currently offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders.

 

International Shipping

 

International orders ship via USPS First-Class Package International. Delivery times for international orders can vary widely and are not guaranteed. International orders are not eligible for refunds due to shipping delays, customs holds, or non-delivery.

 

Order Tracking

 

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its progress.
